Global Sedition known for thier Spies and Advance Technology, which they mostly steal and improve upon.

Currently Contains:
- Leader(Ulysses)
- Personality(Spy focused)
- Colors(Red/White)
- NEW Spacecraft (Thrusters/Scanners)
- 20 spy names, also you gain 1 new spy each level of perk.

VSI Surrogate Headquarters (Building)
- Reduces Intrigue.
- Grants 2 new spies

Naval Intelligence(Building)
- Reduces Intrigue
- Increases Orbital Strike +1
- Grants 1 new Spy

@Bushido, yes it is playable (very much so). I still would like to tweak a few things FLAVOR settings and such, but I am fairly happy with it. If you have questions/issues, let me know I can take a look.

By the orbital unit moving is more like the launch complex itself, where the rocket that usually launches the satellite from the city moves on land tiles, not orbital tiles, another drawback is the fact that the satellite in this state can't launch unless it's in a city (the city tile itself ex: Zion). So yeah, unless someone is able to configure the code to either be able to move on the orbital layer (which would be awesome) or for the satellite to be able to be launched on the tiles out side of the main city.
