I'll rollback to 1.30 to play it very happily
I just checked while I was writing the message, according to CK2wiki there exists the Roman culture, but of course in the game it's dead and gone, but in the files it exists.
Don't take my word as a fact, but I believe there is supossed to be Roman culture in the game. If not, then it's probably from CK2 and appears in EU4 through imported saves.
