Byzantium to Rome

Description
This is a (somewhat) simple mod that converts Byzantium to have the look and ideas of the CK2-converted Roman Empire nation in EU4.

All this mod does is modify localization and edit the ideas for Byzantium so they are the same as Roman Empire. With the way this mod was created, the game should see it in all practical purposes as Byzantium still, so you can still enact Byzantine Decisions and get the Purple Phoenix events.

Of course, if any of this is wrong, please let me know, I bugtested to the best of my ability, but I don't know how this will act for other people.

There is a national decison to recreat the Roman Empire in the original game

@Vebe Yea, It is available in EU4 through the Nation Designer, but it is categorized under the "Lost Culture" section, so If I make the mod, I'll move Roman to the Latin group

I just checked while I was writing the message, according to CK2wiki there exists the Roman culture, but of course in the game it's dead and gone, but in the files it exists.

Don't take my word as a fact, but I believe there is supossed to be Roman culture in the game. If not, then it's probably from CK2 and appears in EU4 through imported saves.

@vebe I was actually planning on making something like that for CK2, but I don't think there is a Roman Culture ingame atm, so I'd have to do a lot of coding in regards to making a whole new culture.
