There is actually another Detroit building, the "Himmelhoch" Building:

Besides that, there will probably a few more, as Detroit has some pretty nice 5-8 story offices on woodward ave..

most likely there will be more small woodward ave. office buildings
My focus however is Manhattan and Brooklyn, that doesnt mean there wont be any detroit buildings though. There are allready a few on my list, Book building is very nice and I would love to do it, but its quite a challenge, as the building is very very detailed and big and I have to either cut details, or I will end up around 25-30k triangles.
If you're not familiar, the Sim City 4 modding community did an excellent job with the "Barry Sanders Project" - a group collection of Detroit buildings big and small. Just in case you're looking for inspiration :)
-One Detroit Center
-Fisher Building
-Penobscot building
Like others said, this is the kind of building C:SL needs a lot more of!
Sorry I have been waiting for someone to pick my city forever!
@Yung Squid ,...mh im not exactly a fan of 60-90s architecture you know :D (though woodmen and a few other examples are pretty neat)
Thanks :)
