Hello, could you please update this mod ?
Or could you say me how make it ?
Thanks
Jordan Edmond 29 Jan, 2017 @ 2:43pm
Are you going to be fixing this mod or allowing someone else to take it over?
Dr. Novikov 15 Oct, 2016 @ 6:00am
Ooops, it stopped working in the dev branch :( It actually produces stone.
Xero 15 Oct, 2016 @ 5:56am
thanks :) hopefully it doesn't explode xD
Ced23Ric  [author] 15 Oct, 2016 @ 5:54am
Feel free.
Xero 15 Oct, 2016 @ 5:53am
Taking into account the previous issue of it holding TOO much, i'd like this, but reduced inventory space. If you haven't already I can do so and just throw it on my server mod-pack if you don't mind. :)
Ced23Ric  [author] 15 Sep, 2016 @ 12:22pm
OH.

THAT.
Orzlar 15 Sep, 2016 @ 12:06pm
No I mean, the desolver, which is a little 1x1 block has 3x the inventory of a large cargo container on a small ship, and more than 9x smaller. :)

Not so much a problem on my server, as its just a small one for friends, but could ruin some roleplay/competetive servers. Just letting you know ;)
Ced23Ric  [author] 15 Sep, 2016 @ 11:38am
Are you talking about the reversal? Well, sadly, I cannot kill that function. I could make it a refinery, but then it would auto suck all the shit it is supposed to kill and kill it. It's a bad cheese no matter how you cut it.
Orzlar 15 Sep, 2016 @ 11:34am
Turns out an un-intended use of this thing is to have a HUGE iron storage, without multiple large cargo containers. Was mining and got confused when my mining ship weighing at just 47,000 empty suddenly weighed 700k+ after mining iron.

Desolver's void was filled with iron..

Great mod though, just for those who love their big bases, this might be a bit OP? :)
NightLight0x07CC 2 Sep, 2016 @ 10:58am
Well a proper name is fine then :P
Ced23Ric  [author] 2 Sep, 2016 @ 10:55am
The "Desolver™" is a proper name, and while you may insist that "Dissolver" is the correct spelling, or that "to dissolve" is the correct verb, marketing has assured me that a proper name is not bound to grammar and spelling of any kind.
NightLight0x07CC 2 Sep, 2016 @ 10:38am
This had been bothering me severely; it's called 'dissolving' not 'desolving', please change the name to the correct spelling. You've described a Dissolver and I am fairly sure that's what you were going for. You'll probably get more clicks from people this way when they search for something that dissolves ore.
Fousicek 9 Aug, 2016 @ 9:59am
Hi how it looks with the support for ICe and other ores ?
Ced23Ric  [author] 31 Jul, 2016 @ 9:26am
Yeh.
Catastross 31 Jul, 2016 @ 8:48am
ho ok, so to comprehend better, u can put it into the sistem but it will not draw things into it unless u deside to.
Ced23Ric  [author] 31 Jul, 2016 @ 7:27am
Catastross: Just don't put iron into it. It works like an assembler in that regard. It'll only draw iron if you tell it to draw iron.
Catastross 31 Jul, 2016 @ 5:58am
can you make it so u can filter between stone and iron, so that if in an early start you create this it will not get rid of the iron you need to make plates
VS-lockon 24 Jun, 2016 @ 3:58am
Thank you 😃
Ced23Ric  [author] 24 Jun, 2016 @ 3:46am
There is no unified link.

You will need Blender, a graphics program (for example, GIMP), a capable text editor (for example, Notepad++) and for some ease of use, harag's Blender plugins. http://harag-on-steam.github.io/se-blender/

Good luck.
VS-lockon 24 Jun, 2016 @ 3:28am
I tried Google I couldn't find it that's why I'm asking for a link
Ced23Ric  [author] 24 Jun, 2016 @ 1:10am
Warangel, feel free to use Google.
VS-lockon 23 Jun, 2016 @ 8:17pm
Hey when have time can send me a link to blender and and others files / programs you need to make models for space engineers
Ced23Ric  [author] 23 Jun, 2016 @ 12:03pm
I'll do that when I do.
Snøfler 23 Jun, 2016 @ 4:54am
I know you've quit SE for now, but could support for ice be added once you return?
NeoAcario 27 Jan, 2016 @ 8:04am
I had so much of my miners dedicated to ejecting stone... and with one of the massive drill mods it could take an hour to dump all I didn't want/need. This simple 'trash can' mod is amazingly simple, effective, and even balanced.
Ced23Ric  [author] 27 Jan, 2016 @ 8:01am
Neo: Glad you like it.
Shameless: I'll look into it.
NeoAcario 26 Jan, 2016 @ 11:55pm
This is amazing. Don't even need a sorter.. it acts as an assembler and pulls in the ore/stone itself. Favorited for life.
NeoAcario 26 Jan, 2016 @ 7:10pm
Can I just set this thing up with a sorter force feeding it stone and have it auto destroy?
Shameless 13 Jan, 2016 @ 6:05am
Thanks for the mod, and I have a request. Can you add ice to the list of what it can desolve? I end up mining way more than I need.
Wizlawz 11 Jan, 2016 @ 5:24pm
almost like the Distortion Field Generator, only this one you can access(?) and it does a little more.
snottiee 22 Dec, 2015 @ 2:26pm
Thank you so much for this mod.
The Big Evil 18 Dec, 2015 @ 2:52pm
hey ced, im curious do you have any knowlage of weapon systems within the game? a great use of stone would be to use it as ammunition for a space shutgun for small ships. its an idea :P
Ced23Ric  [author] 18 Dec, 2015 @ 2:28am
Optyk: Seems like I need to increase the inventory.
Shameless: It's an assembler. Go into "production".
Optyk 18 Dec, 2015 @ 1:35am
How am I supposed to desolve 333k Stone when the Desolver only holds 270k, and wont even start until the requirements of 333k are met or exceeded?

I have 80,000,000 Stone that needs to go away...
Shameless 17 Dec, 2015 @ 5:56pm
Hiya, I've tried it and it doesn't seem to work. My sorter is placing stone into the desolver, but it doesn't desolve anything over 5 mins. Any ideas?
The Big Evil 14 Dec, 2015 @ 3:03am
your description has made my day.
Ced23Ric  [author] 29 Nov, 2015 @ 9:06pm
And we got the small version up. Enjoy.
Ced23Ric  [author] 23 Nov, 2015 @ 1:27pm
Mesmerizer: I'll see that I get around doing that. It will be equally simplistic.
Mesmerizer 23 Nov, 2015 @ 12:22pm
Please, also for small ships!
Ced23Ric  [author] 19 Nov, 2015 @ 10:19pm
Ah, okay. Thanks for reportng back!
joemorin73 19 Nov, 2015 @ 8:37pm
Found the problem. Mods were out of sink. My macine was using a more recent version than the server.
Ced23Ric  [author] 19 Nov, 2015 @ 6:39pm
joemorin: Considering it worked on our server, I'd say, try baleeting the mod from the repository and see if that fixes it.
joemorin73 19 Nov, 2015 @ 5:55pm
Seems to not be working on a server. I'll experiment a bit.
Ced23Ric  [author] 19 Nov, 2015 @ 5:35pm
isaian987: It will come up with the original problem to any solution you manage to put into the feed-slot.
Kit 19 Nov, 2015 @ 1:55pm
One question, can this desolve solutions?
joemorin73 19 Nov, 2015 @ 9:17am
I sense this mod will be popular amongst server admins. I know I'll be adding it.
flori1994 19 Nov, 2015 @ 8:09am
I5 5200u 8gb ram geforce gt 940m.
flori1994 19 Nov, 2015 @ 8:06am
Oh my Sim speed always very low because my computer only pass slightly throw the minimum for planets.
And it was just a question and not a assault. I know you had a lot of work with this.
Sovereign  [author] 19 Nov, 2015 @ 8:01am
this mod is gay i dont want my ship to be light i want to crash into the blened u suk
