But there seriously needs to be a lower limit because at least 450 of them spawned and forced us to get like 6fps

LOL, this was created when the zombie mod came out, these zombies have had the function to throw cars, but overpowered as hell.
Try my Apex Mission if you can, it's more built like a real scenario, this ones here more a type of sandbox to try
there were alot changes within Arma3 and unfortunately 2D Editor is no longer in the game.
I upload my mission always NOT binarized, so if you copy this here out of the workshop file folder and into standard (documents/arma3/mpmissions) you should be able to import it into 3d editor
but
zombies do script damage so the normal allow damage = false will not work , you need to say set player damage 0 all second or sth like that
didnt had any time to update this. As far as I tried, its even working after several updates, as i made it pretty basic and modular

think, you mean the car throwing which they do? sure, next version will be without as it is too op right now
