This should go without being said, that the broken files in the "tf" are given more priority than the working texture fix in the "workshop" folder. What you have to do is move the file to a new folder and give that higher priority than the "tf" folder in SDK. THEN the fix will work
i do modified some shadow things, edit some texture and so that is it.
