Benouyt 21 Sep, 2018 @ 12:50am
This mod is great ! it what i was searching for, but does there is a possiblity to get it down automaticaly by all concerned countries at the conversion ?
Astures 24 Jul, 2018 @ 12:35pm
If anyone is interested I am updating this mod for the latest version of CK2
Spirelord 13 Apr, 2018 @ 4:48pm
I' finding no way to disable the culture breakdown popups while playing. It's incredibly annoying, and it also messes up the history ledger by populating it with "culture change" events even though my province hasn't changed cultures at all...

Is there ANY way to disable these notifications that constantly fire?
John the Gamer 17 Jan, 2018 @ 9:31am
It still works though. EU4 still doesn't give every country the right tag/ideas, but it is a lot better than vanilla.
God Gewalt 25 Oct, 2017 @ 11:35am
dead mod
RudytheDominator 14 Jul, 2017 @ 5:28pm
Is it possible to have a button to stop the culture change popup, I'd like to play this mod from the begining.
Comrade Flavio 4 Feb, 2017 @ 4:42pm
Excuse me but in the Toulouse region we are Languedocians/Occitans not from Aquitaine wich is completly different from Toulouse. (The region is called "Gascona Tolosana" in Occitan).
Lantians 10 Oct, 2016 @ 6:07pm
What about Greek culture?
Bias Galtar 16 Aug, 2016 @ 2:18pm
Does CK2 English culture in Scotland convert to EU4 Scottish (British culture group) culture, and does CK2 Scottish culture convert to EU4 Highlander culture?
Cardsbcool 22 May, 2016 @ 9:42pm
so if i as italtian take over North africa and convert it to my culture, with thus mod it stays italian wile others change.
Illuminare 11 Apr, 2016 @ 4:56pm
Mr. Mod author could you update this to match some new cultures in EU4
Mysza Halamow 13 Feb, 2016 @ 5:20pm
You should add Eastern Europe and other cultures such as Tatar cultures, because it is a bit, well, wierd seeing Russians in Ruthenia!
FreyrDS 5 Feb, 2016 @ 12:40pm
Does this still work?
Barlithargoel 9 Jan, 2016 @ 8:44am
Im getting a lot of provencices in the East with "Noculture." Once some of them popped up after a few turns as Gaulish.. Game wise its kinda annoying, but it was interesting to come up with stories on how this might have been possible in an alternate history.. The Celts against the Mongols, would have been a good fight.
charlemagne1428  [author] 29 Oct, 2015 @ 2:15am
@Reginald Yeah. You can use it at any point, but it will continue to convert provinces. I'm considering a second decision to stop the converting events.
Countess of Thorns 25 Oct, 2015 @ 10:27am
can you use the mod at the start of the game ???
Countess of Thorns 25 Oct, 2015 @ 10:26am
I think the french england thing would be awsome but this should happen with alot of areas such as like a french african culture or french scandinavian culture mix and im just using french as an example because you did
Subway Boi 27 Sep, 2015 @ 5:12pm
Really want this mod, but I dont think it is updated to the current version of ck2; because it isnt showing up in my mod list.
Solair 1 Sep, 2015 @ 9:31am
I assume there is no way to get this to work with CK2Plus?
Emperor Ball 28 Aug, 2015 @ 10:13am
I am so happy I found this mod. Makes it truly interesting when i convert my games :steamhappy:
Marx' Left Testicle 23 Aug, 2015 @ 4:23pm
Best mod ever! May I suggest a few "break- off" cultures to supplement the mod? For example, if as a Norwegian you conquered England, could the culture of the English vassals change to Anglo- Norwegian? That would make this the secong best mod in CK2 after CK2+.
MebKohu 19 Aug, 2015 @ 5:47pm
Prussian for some reason switches to no culture with the vanilla converter, it would be awesome to see this mod fix that little vanilla bug.
SaphireSeas 5 Aug, 2015 @ 3:22pm
When This is completed, I very much doubt I will not use this mod when converting a game to EU4. I Support the development of this awesome Idea. Thank You.
charlemagne1428  [author] 3 Jul, 2015 @ 10:17pm
Oh I thought I got rid of that. I'm not sure why the Baltic is affected...I didn't do anything with those. Anglo-Gael, etc are in my CKII but I haven't written them into EU4 yet.
Steelcan 1 Jul, 2015 @ 9:43am
I'm getting a lot of no culture provinces in the Baltic and Ethiopia, however I'm loving the mod besides that. Are there any plans to introduce splits for culture groups like Russian and Berber?
Quite Possibly, 'Fraid So 25 Jun, 2015 @ 1:51pm
When I convert my CK2 save to EU4, the 'Anglo-Gael' and 'Scots' culture appear as 'noculture' in EU4. Does anyone know how I fix this, or is anyone having a similar issue?
Kapitalisti 11 Jun, 2015 @ 11:05am
Thank you
charlemagne1428  [author] 11 Jun, 2015 @ 8:05am
There @Kapitalisti
charlemagne1428  [author] 11 Jun, 2015 @ 7:56am
Oh, did I miss removing that? I'll get rid of that, it shouldn't take long.
Kapitalisti 10 Jun, 2015 @ 11:00pm
Some cultures have the line "dynasty_title_names = yes" on them in the culture file. If they have that their realms are called after their dynasty names like Abbasid etc. If you remove it, they will be called by their actual names and at least some will get proper tags in EUIV.
charlemagne1428  [author] 10 Jun, 2015 @ 7:22pm
What do you mean by cultural naming? Localization? Is there something that isn't converting properly? The only thing I can find that isn't working is the lack of localisation for EU4 cultures, which I can't seem to find how to control.
Kapitalisti 10 Jun, 2015 @ 2:46am
One small point/request: remove cultural naming from your culture files. I had done so on my personal mod so that countries like Persia etc. convert properly but this mod overrides that.
Friedrich 9 Jun, 2015 @ 6:51pm
In future updates it would be nice to see a breakup of russian culture, namly belrussian and ruthenian. Also with the adition of latvian culture estonian and lithuanian culture within that region converting to latvian would be a nice touch.
charlemagne1428  [author] 8 Jun, 2015 @ 5:12pm
Culture Drift is not working. And yes, this mod is uniquely in preparation of using the converter, that's why you get repeat events converting your culture. Culture Drift is meant to be a CKII version but as of now I can't get the events to fire naturally (without console commands).
Comrade Pingu 8 Jun, 2015 @ 11:12am
Can you use this mod while playing CK2 or is it just to change the cultures in preparation for EU? As I keep getting the same notification stating my character has his changed culture. Also is culture drift working?
charlemagne1428  [author] 6 Jun, 2015 @ 7:24pm
Major Update #1

Added German Cultures
Added Italian Cultures
Added Character decision (Characters convert to local culture so converted countries have an appropriate primary culture)
charlemagne1428  [author] 6 Jun, 2015 @ 5:54pm
@Steelcan Within...about an hour? I hope?
Steelcan 6 Jun, 2015 @ 9:27am
is there an ETA for German and Italian splits?
charlemagne1428  [author] 25 May, 2015 @ 5:02pm
It had a bug and I updated it. The title pics were screwed up and I forgot to change it back to public (it goes hidden after an update automatically)
L4 of the West 25 May, 2015 @ 2:50pm
hey what happen to culture drift?
Abe Lynn Cohen 23 May, 2015 @ 9:09am
I think, doing a Culture breakdown of Germans, and Italians is a Good idea, but i also think you should bread down Russian as well.
Victor K 21 May, 2015 @ 6:19pm
This is my favorite mod I've ever seen. You are amazing!!!
Abe Lynn Cohen 20 May, 2015 @ 1:10pm
This is one of the coolest culture switching that i have Seen.
lanthimi 20 May, 2015 @ 5:36am
Anglo Saxon and norse, sould become Saxon, because Saxon is a norse culture.
Illuminati Grandmaster 19 May, 2015 @ 8:21am
@Hodor "Anglo Saxon" kind of IS Old English. Anglo Saxon/Norse would be Anglo Norse.
