Tiny and small lucky countries should now correctly hate everyone's guts
Tiny and small lucky countries that are vassals should now be rebellious all the time
Added event dln.6 to make a country lucky manually
Have you consider to do this with the random nation maker?
That thing also has a clear bias to keep countries more or less in the same places.
VERY noticeable, specially like in the New World were the 'random' countries take the same areas the standard ones would, they are not truly scattered.
Also in the HRE, no way the randomizer will make a HRE made up of 5 big countries or something. :S
