Hello. Surely it's unplayable when you are in the sea, lol. You should open your map and click on place where you want to start from (and I thought there was a message which says it)

Well if you ask me, I prefer the VRF to this one.
This mission was born only because too many people asked for this :)

Some stuff ain't gonna be ported from VRF at all, and some stuff mightl be ported much later.

In Altis Fortress you have to press 0-0-0 to start. Laptop is used for starting in VRF :)

I made a prototype of Fort vs Fort mode a lot time ago, but gathering resources is not implemented yet. Actually, I stopped working on it since summer.

@Mother I've checked your issue and I came up with the assertion that you did not read the notes on map screen. "When nothing helps, try to read the instruction". The boxes are gone in Altis Fortress, I moved everything on right ALT keyboard button instead =)

Ignore my last, I didn't see that those options had been moved to Right-Alt and have spent way too much time on your VR version. I might reccomend adding that information to the description somewhere. Thanks for the wonderful mission, I'll have some forts for it coming up soon.

Hey Fess, I'm running into an issue when trying to play this mission where the table and players teleport correctly, but the ammo boxes do not. The laptops on the table give no options except for access to the Virtual Arsenal. I've tried a few different locations and found no solution or real reason. I've been running it mod-free and tried fresh installs of the mission file but can't seem to get any luck. Do you have any suggestions?

Ghostclaw, you can add more items/props by using the commands, without the parenthesis: ( FS_FORTIFICATIONS pushBack "" ) and ( FS_OTHERSTUFF pushBack "" ). Insert whatever you want into the quotations, and then check your build menu, and it should be there. You need to insert the items ID to do this, here are some examples: https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_CfgVehicles_EMPTY . Rember, put fortifications into the fortifications, and other items into otherstuff. Yup!

One of the coolest workshop addons. I love it. I Spent over 6 hours building a fort the other day. I am so happy this addon is free haha...I would love to see more props and maybe a something thin i can use as a small roof. :)

I am glad to hear it. People often ask me about sh1t I did not even intend in this mission. Also they don't provide any additional information, just "it does not work! fix it".

In these situations all I can is to suggest to resubscribe the mission and \ or disable all mods :engi:

However, I did not know about conflicts with MCC. Thank you :D

Nothing, puts a check mark by defend base and that's it. On scenario mode it says waiting for host, on an mp server it just says task complete.

Ijust tested it and it seems ok, arsenal is on the laptop as it used to be. Other actions such as "Save\Load fort", "Spawn NPC" and "Build" now moved to Right Alt button.

Also in Endless Mode VA is now should be usable until mission is started (it was a bug, thank you for pointing me on that). So if you played in Endless - I fixed your problem.

And also if strange shit happens (actions dissapeared, can't use pistol to manage blocks and so on) - try to resubscribe the mission, it really helps sometimes.

Press 0-0-0. It is a default way to use radio in Arma 3. Though some realism mods can change it.

bug report. this mission won't run correctly in dedicated server...
don't came any enemies (and not counting wave timer) if you call 0-0-0.
and can't place mine fields.

this happen also in VR Fortress.

Well, this is a nice mod. But the bulider system is very basic and cumbersome.
I suggest to use something like the DUWS builder system. It is much more comfortable and has more objects to use.

Also, could you add the option to use normal soldiers in place of the VR-dummies for your base ?
Please add more objects to the construction system, we need ramps and ladders.
