it's still a fine mod :D
I'm probably just not the target audience, but it's still real cool of you to share your work

heres an idead, with biotech (i think thats the one) have it do a month long toxic fallout along with a massive pollution spread. or you can try and make your own version

@sethkwright

Thank you very much! Now I can no longer enjoy playing Fallout! Right when I decide to buy the classic games to give them a go!
I hope you're proud of yourself

nuclear reactors may glow blue, but green is better because green is my favorite color and thus is the best color. checkmate science.

1.0.2
- Tidal generator power 2400w -> 2500w
- Advanced power sources research cost 3500 -> 3000
- Nuclear power research cost 4500 -> 4000

I accidentally published the previous update without these changes
Smxrez  [author] 20 Oct @ 1:03pm
@sethkwright i was debating going blue tbh but i felt green was more widely known so I was unsure what to do lol

1.0.1

- Reverted advanced battery efficiency nerfs (85% -> 90%)

GRRR... GRRRRR!!! please chgange the nuclear reactor to be blue or atleast add an option to make it blue cause if you look at an image of the nuclear reactor they glow BLUE NOT GREEN! THE HOLLYWOOD HAS FOOLED THE MASSES! THIS IS

Finally, the nuclear reactor works.

Wonderful!

You could always trigger toxic fallout event on explosion and mess with the length of time.

appliances expanded also havs bigger chemfuel/wood generator can you examine them too?
Smxrez  [author] 19 Oct @ 11:23pm
@OromisElf

Tbh I’m not 100% sure on the battery efficiency change myself but they are still much more effective vs the non advanced counterparts
I may revert that at some point though

As for geothermals yeah they are limited but you could still get so much from them esp with advanced ones
They are still one of the most cost efficient power generation options you have
OromisElf 19 Oct @ 10:20pm
I like the idea, but I always felt that geothermal power got balanced by the fact that it couldn't be build wherever nor how often you wanted. And sure, there are limits on how much wind power or tidal power you can draw as well, but I feel like this doesn't "encourage" power diversity so much, as it makes it necessary.

I'm also not the biggest fan of reducing power conversion effectiveness of advanced batteries. Always felt like that was the reason you built them - and not the bigger power storage.

That said, huge fan of making nuclear power having to be safe-gated so it doesn't bad-end your next raid, and advanced power needing the multi-analyzer now. Didn't even notice that wasn't the case before. :caststrength:
