which isnt a rtx remix problem anyway, and why would i care about having 800 fps when i can run stable 60 frames on a low end rtx 4060? if youre going for graphics then go all the way, dont use dogshit screen space effects.

rtx remix won't work with some as it use obsolete dx80 model variants which often get deleted by modders, plus shaders will always have better perf even without RTX gpu

you're pretty good at this stuff, i've been using this a bit today and like it. a potential update you could add is just some more settings in the export/inspector menu thingy.
ideas off the top are a blur based on roughness, and noise for breaking up flatty looks.
also doesn't look half bad for a screen space reflection, usually i kinda dislike the way these look.

Евгений спасибо вам за ответ на мой комментарии я только сейчас его увидел но я вам так скажу я был бы рад если бы в мастерской гмода сделали бы аддон который переносит графику игры на другие видео игровые движки а так это пока просто фантазия и кстати а вы сделаете когда не будь RTX и DLSS шейдер просто интересно

Ok, I fixed it by simply disabling the post processing effect and re-enabling it. This looks pretty fine. It's far from perfect but it's a step in the right direction. I can't wait to see where this goes.

i keep telling people that ray-tracing has been part of Source since 2004. at that point it was being built up since 1998.
Simple bouncing light and reflective property. its not the ray-tracing we see today. or is it utilized in most community maps. An upgraded version can be seen from 2006 forward, you do see it in EP1 and EP2. then used ALOT more in those HL2 rehaul mods.
