Better keep this one bookmarked / favorited... TIS likes the flip the switch on the Workshop for no good reason. This latest is the best example... Why pull the plug in the first place and then end up with (2) methods to accomplish the same thing ?

In short – it looks like this mod isn’t needed anymore. My brief test on my main save with 200+ mods active didn’t show any errors or visible bugs with clothing items. From a quick code comparison between B42.11 → B42.12.0 → B42.12.1, it seems both ways of defining body slots are now supported: the old method from 42.11 and the new one introduced in 42.12. So both older mods and those updated to the new API should work without issues.

Is this mod still needed or does the newest update fix this bug?

Im not the original mod author, but I am the one heading the build 42 port of the REMOD (Resident Evil outfits)

@That Fooz Guy This was happening to me too. Do you have Neat UI Building by chance? That mod was causing crashes on new and old saves.

Neat UI Crafting still works but the building one causes issues.

there's plenty of other issues this mod won't fix, it just fixes one very common issue affecting many popular mods

I placed this mod at the very top of my load order, and I'm still getting crashes when I try to bring my old save to 42.12 and whenever I try to make a new save as well.

I checked your code and thought it might help to share some details with subscribers about which specific mods can be “fixed” by this one (or not, if they’re too broken), and for modders what exactly changed in B42.12 (since I couldn’t find it in the official release notes).

@ethel †.... your probably right, the kilo-tonnage on this workshop nuke was significant. My mod list is short, so it was just a guess.
