Bad news after reviewing it: there’s no way to adjust specific ambient audio or music via an in-game slider—everything is routed through the vanilla master sound controls.
There’s also no way to target a particular ambient sound. The only option would be to modify the core audio assets to make them less noisy—but that’s easier said than done, since those sound files aren’t publicly accessible.
You'll mainly find ui and ingame SFX but not ambient sounds.
MAYBE - I can add this in the future into the soundoptions if I find out how to add or collect more sounds!
