Yes, but this happens to me in base game rover as well it's just more muted with its slower speeds and accelerations. It's not really even time based - if you move forwards, then let go of the key and press backwards it's like it's stuck going forwards at first.

I guess I can look into it anyways :)

does everyone experience the wicked input delay on the rover? or is that just a me thing? its about a full second of delay on moving forward or backwards, sometimes it feels like more.

I will say, the Rover feels "best" on Mars although it doesn't feel like it handles well on any world mod or not. I'm playing Venus at the moment since I did my defogger mod, and had to change the settings for the rover around - lowering the torque/friction a bit since the gravity is higher

@IAmTheRealBeef

thanks for clearing that up for me. about 5 minutes of playing terrain update and it was clear the rover was needed though.

It's been in the game on and off since the beginning, my first version of this mod is from more than 4 years ago (not on workshop, only github as that was the thing back then for BepInEx mods).

The big enclosed Mk2 rover is currently hidden and who knows if/when it will return, but the Mk1 rover is available again as of the terrain update (and was also in beta afaik).

It currently does not, but that's something I can look into for a future update
For now it changes speed/torque and the buttons

does this fix 3rd person view while in the rover?
