Um, ok, I just gave myself 1 million exp and level up to 30 (in Highcliff), and I unlocked the level 30 achievement, so apparently it doesn't disable achievements.
ROFL.

In the early days after release mods did not disable achievements, but this might have changed after the interim patch, maybe now they do, or maybe they don't. Honestly I do not know and I didn't test it.

Of course it would be hilarious if this mod didn't disable achievements.
