Cheat Responsibly

This mod will add some very responsible and moderate cheats to the game in the Quick Chat Menu.
It will also allow players to teleport at will to the first waypoint of every area in their current module.

As shown in the screenshot:
- Keyboard and Mouse players will find the quick chat menu by pressing the V key by default.
- Controller players will find the quick chat menu by pressing right-pad (to open the chat) and then left-pad.

The list of available cheat codes so far is the following:
- Give EXP (1000, 10000, 100000 or 1000000);
- Give Gold (1000, 10000, 100000 or 1000000);
- Bag of Wonderous Gifts (gives a free Bag of Holding that contains 10 of every gem, all pristine essences, 100 potions of lesser restoration, 100 potions of heal and 10 rods of resurrection and 10 of several high level scrolls);
- Total Restoration (Applies the effects of Resurrection, Greater Restoration and Full Rest);
- Unescapable Revenge (Super effect that grants a damage shield that will inflict 100 per damage type, for a total of 1200 damage, every time you are struck in melee);
- Meteor Strikes (Super effect that grants 120 Base Attack Bonus and 40 damage bonus per type, for a total of 480 damage every time you hit an opponent);
- Master of all Trades, Jack of None (Super effect that grants +12 to all ability scores and +50 to all skill points);
- Functional Immortality (Super effect that grants 20000 hp, 9999 regeneration and immunity to all status effects);
- Ultimate Avoidance (Super effect that grants 120 AC, 120 Spell Resistance, +20 to all saves, 100% Concealment and Improved Invisibility);
- Eternal Wall (Super effects that grants 9999 damage reduction and 9999 resistance against all damage);

Super effects can be toggled on and off, they are removed on death (if you manage to die).

KNOWN ISSUES
- Teleport locations are not always usable. Some areas are just copies with different waypoints, other areas have waypoints that land you in a place that is not meant for players (such as in Highcliff it will land you on water) and areas that advance questline can break the progress of your game if you're not careful. So proceed with caution with this feature and save often. Most areas are serviceable, and for backtracking this can be very useful.
