Report a translation problem
unzip the save file to get three files. Open SaveInfo.xml and delete the previous department MODs from the `InstalledAddons` section. Save the file, then re-compress the three files into a .zip format and rename it to the original save file's name.
This way, you can use your previous save!
How long do I have to wait until all the patients are gone from the ward beds?
No, I meant before, you meant starting a new save game. You can only do that with subscribed hospitals, for example.
