@BIna，我虽然延长了病人离开的时间，但是貌似系统提示“门诊病人即将离开”的时间是固定的（即使病人不会真的离开），因此你可以在系统设置里把“门诊病人即将离开”的提示设置为不跳出

@ montafuner, you can change the save name that is different from the cloud save as well as the .xml that has the same name to your save. You also need to delete the <Addons> of the deleted mods.

Nothing works! Nothing. The cloud save games won't load anymore anyway. And one of the save games crashed. I don't know what I have to delete and how to compress it again! Are there any decent instructions somewhere?

@montafuner Apologize, you should continue to delete the mod information your saves

:
unzip the save file to get three files. Open SaveInfo.xml and delete the previous department MODs from the `InstalledAddons` section. Save the file, then re-compress the three files into a .zip format and rename it to the original save file's name.
This way, you can use your previous save!

No, I meant before, you meant starting a new save game. You can only do that with subscribed hospitals, for example.
