Report a translation problem
Losing a mod file is no problem.
By creating an Empty Mod via Paradox Launcher, and comparing your Original Mod's descriptor files, you can easily recreate it.
1. Other Fallen Empires will have the "Meddlesome Younger Race" modifier against you
2. Amount of systems you have will vary a lot instead of the expected 8 systems, my current Keepers of Knowledge run started with 14 systems
3. Many of the colonized planets at the start of the run are Molten/Barren worlds, in my Keepers of Knowledge run I had 2 molten worlds and 1 barren world colonized
4. Your government starts empty (except for your ruler) and the leader pool is empty
5. Accessing your council tab after Awakening leads to a CTD
