Fallen Empire Start 4.0

Description
Start as a Fallen Empire and awaken! Based on the Fallen Empire Origin mod by Cepheus. Compatible with anything that doesn't change fallen empire and galactic resolution files.

Should be mostly complete now, but let me know in the comments if there are still any issues. I will work on it if I discover anything else. Have fun!

Disclaimer: Now made the ability to design ships (hopefully), and in order to awaken you need 100000 unity so focus on that if you want to be able to go forth and conquer.
Should be able to also use normal wargoals when awakened. Couldn't update the shipset sadly...
This time updated for v4.0! I lost the original file, sadly, and decided to just rework things with a new mod!

In version 4.023, this mod will result in the inability to construct the Museum's Heavenly Pivot

Could you make it so that you can choose your own shipset? Or have the one you selected in the empire creation menu?

In addition I was playing as a militaristic isolationists, and regardless of what shipset you set up, they end up with the machine shipset after awakening.

Losing a mod file is no problem.
By creating an Empty Mod via Paradox Launcher, and comparing your Original Mod's descriptor files, you can easily recreate it.
