@Huehuecóyotl I thought the constant saving would interfere with the gameplay. It is pretty visible, but surprisingly every time I see it, I'm not annoyed, I feel safe and a bit of relief. It also has another unintended effect. It makes me realise how fast 5 minutes goes by while I play. Of all the mods I've created (released and unreleased), this one's actually had the biggest impact on my gameplay.

Can confirm so far this works exactly as it is described, been a real comfort factor having actual time-investment saves rather than day progress saves

@Davi I wasn't aware of that mod's existence. I honestly don't know if there's much of a difference. Whether there is or not, I wrote this for myself and since all of my mods are on GitHub anyway, I just uploaded to workshop. You can try them both and see if you like one better than the other. I will keep using mine though because I know it's good.

From the looks of it, this mod adds the real time based save, along side Rimworld's default game time based save. The mod you linked seems to replace the default save systme.

@Tyrant this mod uses the vanilla saving mechanism. If that mod triggers upon a save, then it should be compatible with Chrono Save. I don't really have any desire to implement it as part of this mod, but I would be open to working with the other mod developer to make them compatible.
