This + Infusion + Odyssey unique system = say hello to my Featherweight Obliterating little friend!

If you can lend me a log in dev mode showing the error with your mod list and if possible Wich affixes cause this... I can make a comp file, please report in bug reports! <3

Amazing mod Yui! Sadly some affixes tend to break the inventory.
For example, half the Inv screen is pure black or translucent with no info at all.
For those cases you have to unequip the item and basically forbid it. Perhaps some mod incompatibility, not sure.
Toxic Yui  [author] 23 Aug @ 11:35pm
Thank you for the suggestion! I’m happy to say this will be included in the next update—the Affixes Update. I’m currently focusing on major optimizations and new features. This was my first mod and I was pretty inexperienced back then, but now I feel confident enough to ship a big upgrade. Like the one to Impactful Skills
Futstub 23 Aug @ 11:01pm
This would be amazing if it had a setting to set a chance for a crafted item to get affixes. Like for legendary, you get 5% for T1, 10% for T2 and so on.

Thank you! Yes I know the shelves, I personally don't use them because I feel they are quite expensive and slow (in my opinion) I miss the spacer lamps from vanilla expanded :C
freackyfreac 21 Aug @ 11:22am
i have said repair shelves. they take 1 heal nanite serum to build (i got 4 by now) and add 1hp per ig hour to the items on it. is usually enough. i just wanted to let you know of this issue :)
Toxic Yui  [author] 21 Aug @ 10:44am
Hi, freackyfreac! Yes, that’s a bug. I’ve been investigating it—adding certain mods seems to break the HP re-sync after assign the affixe (it’s a common issue with the Hardy prefix). I still working in the new update for this mod to correct this and do a QoL improvement. In the meantime, I suggest using a repair mod to work around it. I personally use this one: Repair items
freackyfreac 21 Aug @ 10:10am
henlo, i use the vanilla expanded spacer furniture repair shelf. and somehow all items that rolled +item hp end up lying on it. for example a reinforced hardy adept chinchilla fur tailcap. since all my pawns are equiped with cataphract lvl gear i doubt it was worn. also i just added the mod yesterday and a freshly crafted hardy hailstorm obliterating charge lance with +100% hp is next to the tailcap at 209/400 hp.. it seems that they get additional max hp, but are not fully healed after that roll
LS_Naix 20 Aug @ 9:08pm
another item enchantment mod,that's cool.:steamhappy:

This is really amazing, you can create your own prefixes and easily craft your ideal equipment and balance the stats.
Toxic Yui  [author] 17 Aug @ 8:39am
Thanks for the feedback! You're right, some of the Tier 3 prefixes might be overtuned compared to Odyssey’s unique weapons. I’ll review the stat scaling and probably tone them down a bit (or add some trade-offs) so they stay strong but don’t completely overshadow DLC gear. I also plan to make prefix strength configurable in the mod settings, so players can tweak balance to their preference.
Realm Imp 17 Aug @ 8:31am
i think even tier 3 weapon buffs are stronger than the oddyssey unique weapon buffs. might need a bit of a tweaking for balance purposes
Toxic Yui  [author] 17 Aug @ 8:16am
I haven’t tested Odyssey yet (I don’t own the DLC). Right now there aren’t any special stats for DLC content, but that’s something I’d like to add in the future. Since this is my very first mod, I’m still figuring out the best way to implement those stats without forcing any DLC dependencies :theskull:
Realm Imp 17 Aug @ 4:25am
BTW unique weapons in oddysey how would they work? do they have their own stats teir 1 buffs?
Toxic Yui  [author] 16 Aug @ 3:53pm
Good point! Technically, if the modifier comes after the item it’s a suffix, and the general term is “affix.”
In Artisan Touch we specifically place modifiers before the item name (e.g. “Quick Revolver”), so they function as prefixes. That’s why we’ve kept the Terraria-style wording of “prefixes” throughout the mod.

Thanks for the feedback — I’ll make sure to add a note in the description clarifying this for new players!
Michiko 16 Aug @ 3:14pm
If the added word shows up after the item type then it'd be called a suffix. :) You can call them affixes instead, which includes both prefixes and suffixes.
Toxic Yui  [author] 16 Aug @ 2:50pm
@VitaKaninen Mod updated, feature added as requested, should be save compatible. Thanks a lot for your patience!
VitaKaninen 16 Aug @ 1:37pm
Thanks!
Toxic Yui  [author] 16 Aug @ 1:19pm
@VitaKaninen Thank you so much for your feedback!

You were right — the list was incorrect. I really appreciate you pointing it out! Here’s the corrected version (updated on the description as well):

Legendary → Up to 3 prefixes
Masterwork → Up to 2 prefixes
Excellent or lower (down to Normal) → 1 prefix
Poor or Awful → 0 prefixes

I’ll also attach an image of the prefix configuration tab for clarity.

Regarding your question about item naming
You make a great point, and I’ll plan to add this as a feature today — it makes total sense.
I guess I was still stuck in that Terraria-style mindset of always putting the prefix first, but I didn’t realize that with multiple prefixes it could become confusing.

I’ll start working on this option right away. Thanks a lot for bringing it up!
VitaKaninen 16 Aug @ 12:38pm
In the naming of the item, could you have it list the item type first, and then the prefixes after? When I look through a long list of items, It makes more sense to see 10 items listed as assault rifles, and then the prefixes after the name, so makes it easier to compare items when I am deciding what to sell.
VitaKaninen 16 Aug @ 12:35pm
Just a small question. Where it lists the number of prefixes by quality level, you have:
Legendary → Up to 3 prefixes
Masterwork → Up to 4 prefixes
Excellent or lower (down to Normal) → 1 prefix
Poor or Awful → 0 prefixes

That should be legendary up to 4, and masterwork up to 3, right?
Toxic Yui  [author] 16 Aug @ 9:36am
@Realm Imp yes this is like infused mod. You are free to set in the mod wich quality to recieve prefix, how much and what Tiers. Keep on mind NPC and Loot are link to your actual mod settings! :veryafraid:
Toxic Yui  [author] 16 Aug @ 9:34am
@SanguinarcAQL fix released, I messed up with the values lol, Thank you for let me know! :walkingbrad:
SanguinarcAQL 16 Aug @ 7:40am
For some reason, "Slow" weapons actually massively increase fire rate? I have a carabine with slow; it gives "-50% ranged cooldown"
Realm Imp 16 Aug @ 4:14am
can i set what item quality should have prefixes? I want master to legendary to have prefixes
Realm Imp 16 Aug @ 3:07am
basically like infusion right?
camomo bbl enjoyer 15 Aug @ 6:48pm
