That mod has the Scourge effect that allows the infected to spawn commons. Apart from the reviving dead special infected, this might help for the Ratman spawning his rats (and hopefully it'll be possible for the rats to chase after the survivors).
you can choose if u want to make him an CI, SI or UCI.

Fire does double damage to him
isn't atracted by pipebombs
When on low health(90), staggering time returns to normal
Headshots make him stagger

i find it to be an neat ideia, if it is difficult, u can change the stats

they made a hunter with unique sounds(You can still hear the hunter sounds on the background very low,but i think if you find a way of making the original sounds mute,take new sounds to the base SI,maybe it can do something.)
Why you just dont make a jockey variant that is a rat,and so make it so when a ratman spawned it can just summon jockey rats variants until its dead?
