-Added Beta Spitter Animations (By Cuba)
-Remastered the Rat Spawn System (Instead of Jockey's it untilizes Common Infected however I need to tweak it)

-Added his Rats (But due to a bug his rats didn't work correctly on death)

Removed the Code I left over (Since it doesn't work porperly it ended up spawning mass amounts of Jockey's and well I don't want to be swarmed by Jockey's)
