No but you can easily change that in the config, if you haven't changed your steam location and left it by default it should be located in the path written below
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\3545712893\1.6\Defs
When you open the XML's you should look for "<cooldownDays>10</cooldownDays>"
Just change the 10 to the ammount of days you want it to be :steamhappy:
