Permit Cooldown Tweaks

Description
Changes permit cooldown to 10 days.
This is my first ever simple mod, if you find any bugs or problems please let me know.

Permits: Re-Examined

No but you can easily change that in the config, if you haven't changed your steam location and left it by default it should be located in the path written below
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\3545712893\1.6\Defs
When you open the XML's you should look for "<cooldownDays>10</cooldownDays>"
Just change the 10 to the ammount of days you want it to be :steamhappy:
