I will probably be reducing the cooldown to only 5 seconds, but if anyone has a problem with that, let it be known! And please suggest a better time.

Ultimately I want to achieve a happy medium with the cooldown.

You might want to add a cool down to the Defensive Fumes. Or make it a Tech.
