Despoil feels kind of weak because of that. Would it be possible to have it drain mana first and switch to health when there isn't enough mana to cast? Maybe holding a weapon with despoil could prevent mana flowers from auto-potting to prevent it from being too strong? I don't know...I've never coded anything outside of Visual Basic like 20 years ago.

It depends on the type of weapon you use. If a weapon is burst-fire or changes in attack speed, it happens. That's the same case for mana, it's just not as noticeable because losing mana won't kill you.

Is it just me or does Despoil drain way more health than it ought to? Also...sometimes using it will put me at negative health without killing me...which is essentially treated the same as 1 health for everything other than healing.

Attrition Orbs is too strong makes you basically invincible with a fast hitting weapon

Absolutely great mod, i'm in love with all the effects and buffs.

not sure if this is already implemented and just not working, but I think Attrition orbs needs some kind of scaling based on weapon attack speed.

Really slow weapons should be more likely to drop hearts while extremely fast weapons should rarely drop hearts. Alternatively, could be reworked to utilize terraria's built in life steal system since that has a cooldown.

In base terraria attrition orbs is mostly fine with a few outliers, but with something like Calamity's P90 which you can get immediately after hardmode starts you can just completely cover an arena in health pickups all granting 20 HP.

Mod doesn't increase melee dmg, so keep that in mind if you play melee. Hasn't been a fix and doubt there will be.

this is an amazing mod and fixes my biggest complaint with terraria! this mod is alot more balanced than what i was expecting and i also love the funny combos that can be pulled off.

my only ask is to add config to tweak the raw stat perks from accessories, i think the mana regen from arcane is too high lol (some mods rework mana regen to recover overall more mana, without these mods the regen should be plus 3, but with them it should be plus 2).
i also like the idea of adding your own raw stat perks for accessories, though this would probably just be used to mess around lol.

Are there mutually-exclusive effects on weapons? Like, could I get both "Fragile Focus" and "Reservoir Burst" on the same weapon?

In multiplayer Sounlbound perk gets bugged at random moment. Character stops moving and a lot of void regeneration particles appear. Bosses also disappear if you have perk that reduces aggressiveness of mobs towards you

Hey just wanted to say the mod has issues with multiplayer. it causes the rocket and lightning boots to grant infinite flight as well as making bosses despawn.

I suppose so but It's like 90% functional. Only major bug I can think of is a moon lord bug that makes him invisible. Bosses are jittery here and there, too. But as I said, it's essentially functional.

This mod seems to be incompatible with Infernum mode specifically in multiplayer.

When I attack a boss, they seemingly just get deleted, not dropping any loot and causing the "X boss is no longer after you" message to appear.

Oh good, two games that combined have probably taken a year of my lifespan in the same place. There really is no escape.

For real though, cool concept for a mod and will definitely try it out. All we need now is the Enclave as a randomly generated structure so we don't have to pay the Goblin Tinkerer anymore.
