God Rolls (Weapon Perks)

Description
This mod replaces reforging with a perk system. Now, weapons will have random perks assigned to them which gives them abilities.

Additionally, armor can also have perks.

The amount of perks a piece of equipment can have are as follows:
*Weapons -> based off of rarity
*Armor -> based off of rarity but capped at 2 perks
*Accessories -> always 2 perk slots

To reroll perks, you can use the Goblin Tinkerer to reroll them. Additionally, reforge prices are now fixed instead of being based on "how good" the previous prefix was.

This mod also supports the following mods:
*Calamity -> Rogue related perks
*Thorium -> Bard, Thrower, and Healer related perks (Though, if you are playing with Thorium, be sure to disable "Show Donator Item Color" as it causes all of Thorium's donator items to have 4 perk slots regardless of progression)
*Secrets of the Shadows -> Void related perks
*Redemption -> Certain perks allow weapons to gain elemental affinity (like Jolting Feedback allowing weapons that rolled with it to deal electric damage)

These were solely prioritized due them adding custom classes and extra mechanics to already existing ones.

Known Issues:
*Some melee weapons are unable to receive damage boosts, (but the rest of the perks work fine) not sure what causes this as I am unable to replicate the bug reports.

Incompatibilities:
*Auto-reforge (my mod removes reforges entirely)
*Quality of Terraria's reforge overhaul (same reason, reforges are removed entirely)

Despoil feels kind of weak because of that. Would it be possible to have it drain mana first and switch to health when there isn't enough mana to cast? Maybe holding a weapon with despoil could prevent mana flowers from auto-potting to prevent it from being too strong? I don't know...I've never coded anything outside of Visual Basic like 20 years ago.

no way we got d2 rng in terraria

It depends on the type of weapon you use. If a weapon is burst-fire or changes in attack speed, it happens. That's the same case for mana, it's just not as noticeable because losing mana won't kill you.

Is it just me or does Despoil drain way more health than it ought to? Also...sometimes using it will put me at negative health without killing me...which is essentially treated the same as 1 health for everything other than healing.

Attrition Orbs is too strong makes you basically invincible with a fast hitting weapon

Is having reduced enemy aggro really that strong?

Oh and also, a config blacklist to disable specific effects would be nice too.
