I get why Quarians have a difficult start(even for players), but their AI can't fix it and they're so insignificant later in the game

To help more people in the community enjoy it, I've created a Chinese translation that's compatible with the latest version. It translates everything new so far, though a few hard-coded strings couldn't be changed.

-medigel price after selling on market once suddenly turns negative. So you sell medigel, but lose trade.
-Launch early for agendas has no cost so you can just spam them :3
-I had no first contact war (I chose diplomacy route). Afterwards the starter fleet had some issues. I couldnt delete, upgrade, add ships or commanders. Ended up having to just fly it into some midgame pirates to delete.
-Some weird planet behaviour, missing districts on Eden Prime, Recreational Centers that give 8 amenities while with the game update it should now be in the hundreds, Training Grounds and Naval Exercise Facilities on Gagarin that produce Minerals and Energy instead
-I can add Geth Consensus Driven Trait to robots (for free too!) when creating a template.
Question, is it possible to remove the reapers crisis?
Also the matriarch situation wont end so can't progress(I got the research) and will accidentally wiping out the turians have an effect on the story?
