Chinese Translation: Mass Effect A New Destiny

A tribute to the excellent "Mass Effect: A New Destiny" mod! I created this localization patch because the original mod does not have a Chinese translation.

This mod aims to provide a complete Simplified Chinese localization for "Mass Effect: A New Destiny". All content is translated from scratch and will be kept updated with the original mod's progress.
