So I started playing a game and noticed that fellwood is all swamp + waste provinces, which while thematic, leads to their entire population dying out because those together lead to -1% growth rate. Base is +0.2 and an empty province has +0.4, so even with 2 growth scales you can't repopulate them.

@Chad of Nazareth while in-game, press 2 to access the underground plane (1 returns you to the normal plane) and order the troops to move to that tile on plane 2. Their move icon on tile 1 will shift to the cave at the bottom right of the province.

I'm new to Dom 6 but played Dom 5 before.

Playing the map, I notice that Dire Maul underground location is inaccessible (My faction started on the same tile) and I can't even switch into the underground map by clicking the cave icon and Dire Maul underground location doesn't have a cave icon to click.

Writing just to see if it's a bug / error on the map or some shenanigan from spawning on the overground location.

@Nukular Power one throne per nation is accounted for. Anything more and it relies entirely on game placement logic.

@Sick Puppy it was for balance purposes. Each region has 1 starting location, and to balance population, I added at least one farmland to each region.

I like that this map is some what lore accurate but it needs some starting sites biases. Eramor shouldn't start in Thunderbluff and should favour the plague lands more lol. Also recommended game settings would be ideal such as thrones or if this map is made to be played as conquest.

Alright several questions. First did you manually set pops on this map? Cuz all of the Felwood Zone is on literally ZERO population and there is a start position behind this massive stretch of utterly barren land that must be passed thru to fight anyone else. Trying to funnel armies thru this area kills them if i don't research Supply items first. Also the populations of this map are wonky, especially if i run a game in LA. Or was the meant to be EA only?

Secondly, some of the Dungeon connections don't link up with the entrances that are supposed to lead to them. I have found the Dire Maul Dungeon on the Dungeon layer does not have a connection to the outside world and the entrance doesn't go anywhere.

I do love it when ppl put famous maps into from fantasy settings into Dominions to use. But somethings on this one need rebalancing.

@El.bar.de.los.muchachos the recommended 36 max is simply how many players the map can support before it starts to completely break the balancing system. I'll update the text to reflect that.

cheers! althought from playing the map real quick, atleast on the azeroth continent i think 30 player is WAY to high, honestly i think the recommended max players is like, 20
