Out of curiosity, do you play with any world state mods? Kaizo (although that does a bunch more), reactive world, living world?

Gonna release another one soonish ('Peasant Patrols' in files) that includes spawns for alternate rebel versions of Holy Farmers still loyal to the old regime, with weapons/Strayed Paladin quotes and such
