So I thought the global bonuses were removed by CA for a while, until I figured out they weren't, but instead it was caused by this mod.

For anyone that's considering this mod, note that:
- This mod REMOVES ANY ECONOMIC bonuses that natural resources give (gold villages no longer provide a 5% bonus to mining faction wide, for example)
- This mod REMOVES UPGRADING NATION WIDE. (If you have a blacksmith and armor smith in your empire, but your units are not in the province of said smiths, you CAN NOT upgrade your units)
- The above point ALSO counts for HORSE and SHIP upgrades.

Personally, I will stop using this mode because of this. The minor public order bonuses this mod gives do not weigh up to the loss of all those economic bonuses.

@Borsurf11 I am goinig to now ED's out, but it wont be for at least 2 weeks as i have assignments to finish. I'm also think of maybe releasing a version that edits the way garrisons work, cause i really hate R2 garrisons. In a rescent ED playthrough a barb army of just 4 units was able to take out a good chunk of my empire because garrisons are practically pointless

@bearhiderug/Jessy2299 I think both your issues are linked. Because I started this mod prior to patch 17 it doesnt take into account the changes brought about by that patch. To correct this id have to probably either rebuild the mod from the ground up or add the features added by the patch to files edited by this mod.

@bearhiderug What do you mean exactly by "ALL buildings"? The only files this mod edits are the ones listed, namely the barracks buildings and the 2 military port chains. No other building type should be affected. If all your buildings are being affected then its most likely a conflict with another mod that edits the same file.

I find a bug when this mod is activate the new feature of the patch 17 about the ressource that act for all the faction example: wine is supose to give a + to the public order, blacksmith is supose to work on all the territorie you own... When this mode is on these effect did not work and the ressource do like before the patch 17. If you can fix this it would be great.

@LAMB well that would do it then lol Could you kind sir please update this mod. I like what it does and makes more sense for military buildings to build public order than to reduce it.

I am using this mod on my Sparta campaign and it doesn't seem to be working. There isn't any increase in public order.

@VictusActual As far as I know this should still be compatible with the latest patch just wont affect the new 'Wrath of Sparta' campaign.
