i've placed it at the bottom of my load order
For anyone that's considering this mod, note that:
- This mod REMOVES ANY ECONOMIC bonuses that natural resources give (gold villages no longer provide a 5% bonus to mining faction wide, for example)
- This mod REMOVES UPGRADING NATION WIDE. (If you have a blacksmith and armor smith in your empire, but your units are not in the province of said smiths, you CAN NOT upgrade your units)
- The above point ALSO counts for HORSE and SHIP upgrades.
Personally, I will stop using this mode because of this. The minor public order bonuses this mod gives do not weigh up to the loss of all those economic bonuses.
