That's the whole point of Australium-grade weapons, harder to obtain and the sole reason why people ought play MvM, as for the rights of the items, this has been already discussed between them during the collab, I do not think that alteration of their models would be such a deal, or will they notice anyway? plus both Poker Night games have been delisted since 2018..

I think since these are promo weapons, they will be extremely rare to receive, just like Golden Frying Pan.

That is up to Valve to decide, I have done the work for them, the textures, backpack icons and so on, so the rest is left for them.

I know Telltale Games is dead but I imagine there's still some ownership of a former employee for the original models of the weapons, and them technically being items that need to be purchased could bring some complications on the legality
