Love this mod, and always have. Makes manhunter packs actually manageable, AI assaults more interesting.

One big beef though: Can Run-and-Gun pawns NOT auto-engage sleep/inactive Mechanoids and structures please? It's cost me so many runs, having the 1 guy I missed fire on a Mech-Cluster while getting into position.

Heyo everyone, so I've got a finished version of the continued mod, however I'm hoping to try and fix the instant melee bug that has been a problem with this mod for a while. I've noticed that it's a mod conflict thing, and have found that Vanilla Expanded Framework, Integrated Implants, and RunAndGun all installed causes this bug. Has anyone else noticed other mods that conflict in this way? Would be helpful in narrowing down the bug

most of the stuff that hugslib does is now covered by rimworld itself, so its features aren't nearly as necessary as they used to be. That and hugslibs updates grow increasingly sparse, leaving you waiting on something that may or may not get updated.

So most mods have been phasing it out, to help reduce bloat.

To the folks with CE issues, I'm running the old version on 1.6 and CE with no major issues. The injection error still shows up on first load but as far as I can tell everything works. Maybe things aren't working well behind the scenes, but pawns can both run and gun.

@Hawkefire I'm working on a continued version of this mod (should be done in a couple days ^.^) which has the requirement of Hugslib removed

To my issue below, its now fixed, why? i dont know, no mod pack change, must have been an update with a mod i was using or an update with this mod.

If RunAndGun isn't working for anyone here it's due to CE. Tried both CE, CE Dev snapshot, and both at the same time. Even used the 1.5 version of RunAndGun and it still doesn't work. Removed CE and CE guns; RunAndGun works normally.

there's gotta be some mod conflicts people are having. I have been using this version with over 600 active mods and not seen any issues with pawns not being able to shoot while moving.

@rhyndo, No, so when i have a colonist move they simply wont shoot but at very rare times they will, but the AI can still move and shoot though.

@Blackwolf are you trying to force a target? Pawns will stop moving if you force a target, you need to let them aim automatically.

Birdminmotion is correct about CE compatibility right now, currently breaks hunting (pawns close to range and then "standing" forever)

Doesnt seem to be updated to dev snapshot of CE since the CE injection patch doesn't work.

hey run and gun and Psycast expaned dont work that good together. i cant cast spell wehn iam running ? is there some kind of patch somewere ?

The original mod works perfectly, even though it hasn't been updated to 1.6, it doesn't have the bug where settlers lose the ability to shoot, as happens in this one.

I'm having an error where some pawns randomly lose the ability to shoot normally, and only ever shoot while running.

@Meme Goddess Many of the things that Hugslib did are now part of the core game. This adds a layer of complexity and redundancy. There are also concerns regarding performance and it dumps its logs all over the place (mine often end up on my Desktop). In short: it is outdated.
