About the loot, I think it’s fair to make some adjustments so it matches the reduced number of zombies. Taking into account that there are also the sandbox settings themselves, which directly interact with the map’s distribution.
Though I do wanna note that this was before this latest update to the map. I'll have to re-explore for sure.
The RPD-style PD building is really awesome though.

Thank you, I'm planning to push it out today but it could be postponed until tomorrow to make sure everything is nice. The west side Gothic district is going to be a quarantine zone which will make it more challenging, high priority loot will be increased on that side, yet performance will increase as well because instead vehicle shaders eating frames, the quarantine zones that take the place of traffic jams seem to have higher performance. --- There is also many other fun features being added I will inform in the update log. :)
One thing i noticed, a 3 story building was missing a line of roof tiles around coordinates 13055, 10232 which would cause the player to fall to the first floor
