Yo guys, massive Mount Crow Expansion coming out. A separate download. Yall gonna love it.

It’s a Brazilian server, but we have players from several countries with us. The name is Contágio.
About the loot, I think it’s fair to make some adjustments so it matches the reduced number of zombies. Taking into account that there are also the sandbox settings themselves, which directly interact with the map’s distribution.

@Fabri only way to fairly do that is an eventual "(LITE)" Version but I would have to gut a lot of the loot out if I made it less zombies.

I think the map is awesome and I’d love to add it to my server. It usually handles around 40 to 70 players at the same time, but the only issue for me is the high zombie count. Any chance of a version with fewer zombies, maybe using chunks, or even a file I can tweak in TileZed? Big servers with tons of zombies tend to run into stability problems, and it’s tough to make players always allocate extra RAM.

One could be the City Police PD, one could be Sheriff's Department, another could be a federal, and the small one could just be like a district PD. I think he should roll with what he has and maybe just make the custom signage for them.

I like how he has it. Raven Creek has 4 PD too. But WAY less zombies. I've put hundreds of hours playing this city. This map is hard af but balanced. @Jack Rossman

So after exploring a bit in preparations for an STFR Addon for this map, I do wanna just say that the city having 4 PDs (at the time of me exploring it) is kind of overkill. Replacing at least 2 of those with other buildings would be a bit more balanced imho. Maybe reserve those building files for later expansions?
Though I do wanna note that this was before this latest update to the map. I'll have to re-explore for sure.
The RPD-style PD building is really awesome though.

SIiiiiIIICK update!!!!!! The Infection Free Zone is terrifying af. I conquered and live in the Hottie Z Mansion now. Loving the new textures, gonna invade those bunkers next I see it says you changed them up.

Thank you, I'm planning to push it out today but it could be postponed until tomorrow to make sure everything is nice. The west side Gothic district is going to be a quarantine zone which will make it more challenging, high priority loot will be increased on that side, yet performance will increase as well because instead vehicle shaders eating frames, the quarantine zones that take the place of traffic jams seem to have higher performance. --- There is also many other fun features being added I will inform in the update log. :)

@Castle The Server-Farm internal code name per loot is security storage, which gives ammo/ guns. Its possible they have a mod that is changing the loot table.

Me and my friend got to what we think is one of the secret bunker rooms in the server farm, and all the loot was basic and common, such as CDs headphones and small bits of ammo. Is this an issue with the mod or a server loot problem?

A lot of servers on Zomboid have recently been corrupted and have to do full resets so I'll be using this opportunity to push out a small aesthetic update tonight for Mount Crow. Optimization for the tunnel and mall will also be included. This update will not include new expansions etc.

One thing i noticed, a 3 story building was missing a line of roof tiles around coordinates 13055, 10232 which would cause the player to fall to the first floor

The northern massive police station has no lights in the main areas on each floor, only in the side rooms, there are also 3 inaccessible zombie spawning areas, under the ground floor stairs and in a small section on the northwest corner on the top two floors, finally some of the loot allocation is a bit out of place (Finding santa hats and stuff in a police station is kinda funny tho) Hope these help :)

The issue with mods that updated within the month of july has been fixed, There was a temporary patch at the time, but essentially you just gotta update (or just rebuild) your pzserver folder that was generated by steamcmd. not an issue with the mods or their updates, it was an issue with and old workshop API that zomboid was still using and was no longer supported by steam

I just did a full clear of the new content. This map is fucking amazing and its been awesome to see the first version which was already 5/5 and that you keep making it better. Keep up the good work bro I love this. Best PZ map.

My zombie modifier is only set to normal, even after increasing it to 16 it still crashes.. must be a mod conflict?

@SharkReef Its likely the initial spawn. The area holds 2.5k-3k zombies on regular settings. Whats your zombie modifier at? If on high it could hit 4-5k. I recommend about 8GB ram allocated to PZ for MT Crow

You can customize your experience in the sandbox settings and adjust their hearing. Mount Crow City is meant to be a dense city so they really are everywhere and something will always find you. @bibizyaba
