To answer The Man's question: I am not sure which mods Chips is compatible with. It is likely not to work with any mods that edit units, combat, the tech groups, etc. I need to update the description because Chips modifies more than what I originally listed.
To address 602's question: I am still finding out how the AI adapts to these new changes to the combat. My hope is that ever since the A.I.'s coding was changed to the "AI will do" system, the AI will see the changes in pips and other modifiers and adjust its army comp accordingly.
