Sparky, the section in the description about repacking is very clear. Preemptively repacking this mod without express permission is not allowed. Remove it from your modpack please. You do not have permission to repack it.

It could be made, yes. I have no plans to do so at this point though as it isn't of particular use to me.

Could a EMP area be made? so night vision and torches are useless? This would be a super useful mod to force people to play in the light you want them to. Trying to put together a horror server and really looking for a way to stop the use of nvg or torches. perhaps a placable item in map editor? is this possible?
