BGOM Emp Grenade

Description
EMP Grenade
This mod adds an Electromagnetic Pulse Grenade, this device causes no physical damage but will ruin any connected battery including car and truck batteries.
This results in any electronics or vehicle immediately switching off. Batteries in inventory or in the world that are not connected to anything are unharmed.

Repacking
You are not permitted to repack any part of BGOM_EMPGrenade without the express permission of the author (just ask as a courtesy, the answer will invariably be yes).

Sparky, the section in the description about repacking is very clear. Preemptively repacking this mod without express permission is not allowed. Remove it from your modpack please. You do not have permission to repack it.

It could be made, yes. I have no plans to do so at this point though as it isn't of particular use to me.

Could a EMP area be made? so night vision and torches are useless? This would be a super useful mod to force people to play in the light you want them to. Trying to put together a horror server and really looking for a way to stop the use of nvg or torches. perhaps a placable item in map editor? is this possible?
