I mean, there should be a way. But I still love it. Will miss it
Thanks man
I had a quick look, seems like it allows duplication of books. I can't imagine that working on Research Papers themselves, but if you just use it on books besides Research Papers, then that should be compatible.
Obtaining a research paper for a locked research through whatever glitched means should therefore never unlock said research...
Welp, whatever crazy magic occurred in your game, I guess I'm happy it resolved itself.
Please revert to an older save and disable "Spawn Missing Papers" in the settings, and re-do the transport. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Is there still a situation where a large number of papers appear scattered all over the map at the beginning when playing, like before?
Not without heavily changing the game's balancing, which this mod doesn't aim to do.
and, perhaps (if you want to get complex) a way to make digital copies, and perhaps even (with a comms console? a new workench?) "upload" them, meaning so long as that station has power, you have the research, even without the papers (printers let you get copies, like the first paragraph)
Just a thought!
But yeah you can also just spawn a Research Server! :)
