@D-(isgraced)Boi It is very much historically accurate, but this mod just speeds up culture changing by so much, like within 50-100 years, which is not realistic, but with right tweaks and slower culture conversion a single region could take 100-200 years to change from culture.

你好,亲爱的作者大大,这个以公国头衔为单位进行判定会解放非常多性能,同时效果也更好,因为我发现如果为每一个伯爵领为单位的话,会产生很大的运算导致卡顿

if you use this mod i HIGHLY recommend increasing the amount of time it takes for a county to convert. In my game England was majority Norman in under 100 years because i forgot I had this mod on

@Droog Not really, or did the Romans become Celtic after ruling over England? No they built Roman architecture and infrastructure and influenced English culture to this day.
More examples are the Ottomans who inrooted their culture into the greek population of anatolia, Colonial Empires like France, Spain, United Kingdom whos culture influence still holds power in Africa and America. Or just look at the MIddle East/ North-West Africa and its Arabization over the centuries. Or the Geramnization of Czech and Silesian culture.

可能会导致AI文化消失得太快,分离文化的玩法有点难,AI权重应该和性格、外交、学识有关,但mod前途不错

@Gromotey, бро, я же перевёл мод на русский язык, и в настройках перед началом игры можно выбрать временной отрезок для ассимиляции. От 10 до 100 лет на твой выбор.

Looked through the files of the mod, and there's not a folder or file for gamerules.
That's why we can't find them when setting up a game, the rules don't exist.

Also pretty funny that I went in thinking "Ah yes, finally I can unite the English people under one culture before forming Britannia" and before the year 1000, the vatican was french, the holy roman empire was Gaelic, Kievan Rus was Karelian and most of Byzantium was Hungarian.

Fun mod if you love entire cultures to be wiped out by the AI favoring their own vassals instead of native vassals, and a must have if you love map spaghetti.
... Guess that spaghetti is French now, sorry Italy.

Идея прекрасная, но 10 лет это очень быстро. Вероятно ассимиляция населения проходит за 2-3 поколения 50-75 лет, вполне себе адекватный временной отрезок, тем более что процесс идёт по всем областям сразу.

Suggestion: Preserving local traditions increases Cultural Acceptance by a small amount (1%, for example), with a boost for counties with Fierce Independence or other traditions based around aggressively maintaining their culture (Staunch Traditionalists, for example)

Great idea! Actually, I considered this during initial development, but decided to implement a simpler version first. Maybe I'll add this as an optional game rule in future updates.

parroting Neil's comment here; you should make it so that the culture conversion over time only happens with a positive popular opinion and in provinces where the vassal opinion is high enough

There is a glitch, as a Nomad I set the game rule to every year, but, because of that, I am now getting a notification every year to convert my camp.

Just spitballing here. but maybe the conversion time could be tied to "popular opinion", so you get rewarded for good governmentship.

yes, because this mod almost guarantees that the culture conversion event will trigger after a customized holding time, instead of just increasing the chance for the AI to do it.

在新版本中该问题应该已得到修复。
按理来说所用代码只对有地头衔生效,在测试时冒险者、名誉头衔等无地头衔也并不会出现问题。但是唯独在游牧制上确实出现了该问题,似乎是因为游牧迁徙中头衔的交替导致的问题。总之现在额外增加了判断条件,在我测试时暂时没再遇到该问题,如果后续依然发现存在问题请再次留言。

目前好像会对无地的头衔触发,比如游牧部落,效果是会让主角当前位置获得buff,转换文化的效果是无效的。但是因为是无地头衔所以会反复触发

vanilla game heavily restricts AI when performing the "promote culture" task. ACC tweaks AI weights and relaxes some limits, while this mod uses events to directly convert counties' culture—completely bypassing the "promote culture". the two mods are compatible.
ACC is a great mod! I’ve used it myself and even read its code. but due to some... quirky reasons, AI still didn’t behave as I’d hoped—so I made this mod!

I think 10 is a bit too generous but I really do like this idea. I get borderlands may not convert culture easily but if you are direct crown rule I could see the customs being adopted fairly well
