Do you have any other mods on? try disabling them and then check again. Some of them might have some files that could mess up the decision portrait view

That's also possible, but I don't believe there much of a demand for it if there isn't also an option to pick your desired trait first. I might revisit the traits idea in the future, but right now, I'm actually working on something else related to this mod.

What about a decision to add a random trait to a leader or random ideology specific ones.

I thought about it, and I potentially could dedicate the time to do that. Problem is, the base game has around 2200 traits and bonuses. There is no way you would EVER find your desired specific trait in that huge list.

can u add the vanilla traits and bonuses for the leaders as well

Can you add an option to get rid of leader menu entirely? Including the country list.
