I'm currently consistently seeing special systems spawning as explored but with nothing in them, not even a star, just an outer asteroid ring.

deactivating alone didn't do it for me, especially because I wanted to continue with my playthrough. So I found this https://blog.kiserai.net/stellaris-console-snippets and it worked perfectly (Deactivating the mod on my current playthrough + putting whatever is in those code snippets under "L-CLuster" in my console)

Found a possible solution: have this mod enabled, start a new game, quit game and disable this mod then reload the game, this will make L-Cluster event work normally (in my case I got gray, haven't test other results yet)

Somehow this mod banned L star gate from accessing

Almost all systems will spawn now. No idea if something is glitched with the event chains. This can only be determined through gameplay, so I'm depending on your feedback.

It's only about the systems that do not originate from event chains.

Ah fair enoguh. I just know there is "a lot" of Sol Variants. the many pre-FTL ones. and quite a few others.

The Sol system isn’t a special system in that sense. It is either triggered as an origin or as a primitive system, which means it falls under the normal Stellaris mechanics. Its spawn chance can’t be adjusted.

Just FYI you can set version to "v4.0.*" and it won't get flagged as out-of-date by the daily fix-patch releases
