@Insane_Laugher - I guess I always think in terms of Nexus mods and the mod_order.txt file inside the Mods folder. I had no idea you could manage the mod order if you use the Steam workshop and that was a big reason I always stayed away from it for this game, aside from uploading mods to it. But I wasn't wrong about the concept of mod ordering, it just works differently with Steam but at least it's possible.
As a side note, be very wary of mods that conflict with this one - unless you have another mod that is supposed to affect dice, something is most likely overwriting one of the largest files in the game (the items table) instead of patching it, so it's likely to break with game updates and conflict with patched table mods that deal with items if it's ever after them in the mod order. Of course it may not be obvious which one it is if you have a lot of mods.

@plasticblowfish you were completely right! The mod works if you set the mod at the bottom of the mod order! But, you were wrong about the mod_order.txt file, at least for me. That file did absolutely nothing for me. The built in steam workshop mod order tool did however work and I recommend that everyone use it!

I just found out that steam has an integrated load order tool for the workshop? I'm going to try this out and be back to report my results, as in if this mod works now.

For people complaining that the mod doesn't work, seriously check for other mods and put it at the end of mod_order.txt - it's not possible that it works for some people and not others by virtue of the mod itself, so just do a little troubleshooting before jumping to conclusions. If it doesn't work it's mod conflicts 100% of the time. I test my stuff and check my mods on every game update.

Works for me just had to get rid of my mod order text file..

This mod does not seem to work. Got 6 St Antioch Dices but could barely get ANY 3s. Got my ass handed to me by the AI who kept going either bust or six 5s.

Sorry, forgot to update here that it still works with 1.4!

Just tested, it worked :)

I had to unsubscribe from 20 mods after update. Does anyone know if this beauty works? as they changed the bloody St Ac dice again :(. Sad times

@FunkSamurai

You probably have a conflicting mod getting loaded after this one. I usually don't use the Steam workshop for this game because I don't think you can specify a mod loading order, but with Nexus mods you have more control. You can create a mod_order.txt file inside your mods folder (if the mods were downloaded manually) with the name of every mod you want to load. If you decide to do that, try adding this mod at the end of the file and then it should work.

doesnt work for some reason for me

Anyways, thanks for the mod! :D

@Aquila - I haven't seen any updates for a while, so there have been no changes to revert anything as far as I know. Also, did you hear somewhere that they were reverting the dice nerf? Because I haven't.
Aquila von Auckenburg 2 Aug @ 4:05am
is this still needed or has the official team revert the change already?

skooma123 it's probably a conflicting mod that completely overwrites game files rather than patching them. There is no way to edit the mod loading order with Steam, so the solution is to only use Nexus mods and create a mod_order.txt file inside your mods folder with the name of each mod you want activated, in order of loading. This mod should go last in that file because I'm pretty sure you have some mod that's overwriting this one and being loaded after it. It clearly works for me and most people.

thx dude

so it worked b4 I installed mods & now it doesn't neither does the nexus mod version

menace97 It's extremely unclear how to tag mods. I can't even find anything about it on the KCD2 official modding site made by the developers. I found a few conflicting answers on the internet and may try them out at some point, none of them are simple or easy. There is no option to tag the mod on Steam directly in any case.

Bakkuga - It does not disable achievements. I actually haven't seen any mods that disable achievements in this game.
BIRRIUHM 25 May @ 10:34am
I hate Gambling now they want to take away my advantage away in a SINGLE PLAYER GAME!!!!
Bakkuga 24 May @ 9:53am
Does this mod disable achievements?
ADMIRAL AWESOME 24 May @ 12:14am
HELL YEAH BROTHER!
menace97 22 May @ 8:02pm
Thank you for creating this mod!
Would you mind to add the "Minigames" tag to this mod for the Steam Workshop, so that this will be easier to find for others?
Real_ 21 May @ 1:39am
thank you

Let it be noted that Lu,Ci,Fer really sucks with or without the mod.
