Thanks for the explanation, I'll try it. Anyway I think it should only crash at map generation, not midgame.

@JackalStorm Thanks so much! I get so much joy creating content, but sure motivates me to make more with positive feedback. :)

@Turambar Realistically I think Giant Kings and Eldritch Realms are the hard requirements, but I'm not sure. Depends if map content has been added in the other dlcs. You would sadly crash if map-editor decided to spawn in something you don't own I think in a scenario. I selected all as requirement to be on safe side. Pack 3 got content from Archons dlc as well.

Thank you for your work and passion for the modding scene <3

Are ALL the DLCs required or if I have only some of them will only some regions spawn?

Ok cool. I didn't see the devs mention anything so maybe they fixed it. Thanks for checking, great mods you make

Tested some more, my Shadowrealm regions showed up just fine, so I suspect they work the same, fixed Overworld and Underground spawn rates across mods.

I saw that, and I tested and still came across my regions and from other mods spawning. So I didn't feel like it?
It might be in effect, but seems like no change? Did the developers say anything about this?

One of the other map pack makers mentioned that in the new update, they made some changes that made vanilla regions much more likely to spawn, with modded regions having a much lower chance of spawning on a a new map. Have you noticed this as well?
Shocky  [author] 14 Aug @ 9:54am
@Eeo Okay, I wasn't certain since I own all dlc, I took no chances and marked them as a requirement.
- It's entirely possible they work without some of them, but I wouldn't know.

Crystal Forest is Base game stuff, if you're talking about the choice->battle->resolution POI that looks like a large blue tree rock with some smaller ones
Shocky  [author] 2 Aug @ 4:52pm
@Lobsterkuln Yes that it's most likely it. Crystal Forest is an adventure building that comes with one of the dlcs if I remember right, I use of all of them in my packs.

Unsure as to why but with both pack 1 and pack 2 enabled and when attempting to create a very large map with 8 players I crash. Turning both off I am able to create the map just fine.

I only have Eldritch Realms and Dragon Dawn DLC, is this possibly why it crashes?

@fae.briona Really? I don't see the regions 100% of the time, only if I have them on force spawning mode and that option still didn't force regions in shadowlands to spawn. With or without other mods turned on. I tested putting integer value on 5 in shadowlands, and still didn't get them much compared to base regions.

@Visie Maigo Thanks, I kinda hate random cookie cutter empty maps, so Giant Kings maptools really pulled me back in! I am considering to make full maps to be select-able as modifier in game setup. ^^
I will see if I fix thumbnail if the mod needs an actually update. Tried to fiddle around with it, but steam ui is clunky considering this. Location should be correct considering paradox mod site saw it just fine.

1 is 100% chance to spawn

Awesome variety of regions! I checked out your mod, to get the thumbnail to appear:
- Your thumbnail should be named thumbnail.png, ideally be 512px by 512px, and be placed at the root of your mod folder.
- From Package Manager do File > Build to generate the metadata file for your mod.
