The AI might be spawning on the ground instead of inside the helicopters

I'm playing these missions atm. When approaching the combined arms missions from the air, the helicopters seem to fall out of the sky. Same with the destroy helicopters missions. It's only select helicopters that fail to spawn in properly too

Alright, I think I fixed most of the bugs here...
I still get occasional weird one-off errors, but ?relod_scripts seems to be able to fix all of them without breaking the addon

could you please lower the health or armor of infantry? they tend to take multiple battle cannon shots to kill with direct hits.



on the topic of naval missions i have couple ideas: such as finding and transmitting the location of a scuttled submarine, or refueling a friendly one while submerged. naval resupply aswell, or hauling a couple sea mines into locations, or recovering splashed down aircraft. saving a cargo ship from patrol boats, or something like the previously removed "destroy docked ships" objectives. shooting down a sea dipping helicopter before it detects a friendly submarine, or rescuing a damaged ship from in the middle of a minefield

(trying to tow a tank out of a minefield would also make for a killer unique mission)

intercepting signals from e-warfare ships is something submarines do irl.

of course theres all sorts of problems with making ship missions, such as lag and waves, but lack of variety is not one of them.

That is another thing that is holding me from making naval missions:
I can't think of many mission types like I have in LCM, it's just "destroy ship(s)"

most of them
friendlies have a rectangular red piece of cloth on their roof and laser-based IFF for yor convenience

most of the missions are against enemy vehicles/infantry
there are some where you have to assist friendly ones outside the fight, like: refuel / rearm / flip

I updated the vehicle file, it should work now

Followed everything in the example but still unable to complete the Intercept secret code, find lost fighter, or locate radar vehicle mission. panel error always on.

Turn the addon on upon creating a new save
After that, missions will appear just like the default ones

Moving land enemies are a challenge, because I would have to come up with a landpathing method
It's just not my level yet
That being said, moving helicopters already are in this addon and one of my next addons may have more aerial vehicles

I think if there was a search and destroy type of mission where you assassinate a high value target in an armored vehicle like a humvee as it runs from you then this would be even better.

anyway they can move, or we could get a more mobile enemy, convoys that follow roads, ship convoys, sub hunting etc. Also are enemy bases/encampmetns possible. hollow buildings we can bomb and destroy for money, or enemy forts etc
