That might be a bit much because Everice's comment should paint a picture that someone who doesn't know can end up getting wrongly punished, plus not all incidents that involve the car alarms going off are intentional, sometimes they happen during the chaos... why should someone get punished because they were panicking due to be swarmed by a horde of common infected? Then there's the rather common tactic in Versus mode (there are ways of getting around Valve's sv_pure thing to make mods work again) where the infected team intentionally ensure the car alarm goes off because of the horde it brings, same question applies there, why should someone be punished because of something completely outside of their control?
