There's a couple different mods that lead to small avali characters. Judging by the spritework alone, however, it looks like the smaller one in the pics is from the SmolAvali mod.

I think the other one's also smaller than standard, there's a couple mods to do that with standard avali. But I'm not sure, since there isn't anyone of another species to compare to.

Those are some tiny avali's ^^;;
where are they from?
